Lingle Effect Experiment:  (Hypothesis = Will the transaction confirmation be delayed due to the full synced nodes in LEO having to wait for their confirmations to propagate forward to the next verified block) If so, how much delay will there be? To keep the experiment repeatable. I will choose the midnight hour in my local timezone to conduct and perform the record of the data using the blockchain network to send an 'ord lamp' inscription as the medium of transaction on record.

TLDR: Time sync test experiement with blockchain network that has nodes in LEO (Low Earth Orbit) to see what delay if any there may be.
